It is best to download your music files and CDs on your computer as this is the easiest way to import them into iTunes. Once you have your files in iTunes, you can share them with your other devices (phones, iPads, tablets). Because every computer is different, we can not give exact information on how to upload your new music to iTunes on your computer. Rest assured, this is an easy process, simply use Google to find the answer and/or ask someone who can help you with your specific computer.

To Download:
You will be asked to create an account with LisanadErika.com. This allows you to come back to download your song(s) and/or CD(s) if you lose them.

Your payment will process through Paypal. You will be redirected to your Purchase Confirmation page in a few seconds after your Paypal payment went through.

You will see the Name of the item(s) you purchased with a RED link to the download(s).  EACH item will have a link. For example, if you bought 3 songs and a CD, you will have 4 links. Click on each link to open the song. Depending on your computer and browser it will either automatically download it or open up your MP4 (music) player. If it opens up yourMP4 player and you want to download the music, right click (or click on the download icon on the MP4 player) to download it to save it to your computer.

You may also find the songs in the “Download” folder on your computer or whatever the default folder is to download items.

To download a CD:
 The CD is delivered in the form of a .zip file. You have to open this (most computers have you double-click to open a zip file). Many computers will download as soon as you click on the link to the CD. If that does not happen, right-click on the link to download. Once the zip file is open, you will have a folder with all of the MP4s from the CD. You can now import this into iTunes (or whatever MP4 player you use on your computer.)

If you have already purchased items but can’t remember what, you can go to https://www.lisaanderika.com/customer-login/ to login. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it there. Once you have logged in you can see your purchase history and download any items you have paid for by going to the Purchase History page:  https://www.lisaanderika.com/checkout-2/purchase-history/

We only save your email address and password so that you may log back in at any time to view and download your purchases. If you purchased an item that requires shipping, your address will be stored with your username and password.

When you receive an email and decide you do not want to receive any more emails from us, you can simply unsubscribe via the link in the email. This will NOT delete it from your account on LisaandErika.com so you will still be able to login to see and download your purchases.
